Love Magazine: Bea Sweet and Kate Bones explore the Beauty in Diversity
Makeup artist Bea Sweet and image-maker Kate Bones are asking the beauty industry to be more diverse.
In this series produced exclusively for LOVE, the pair set out to create a beauty project exploring representative identity, self-identity, diversity and intersectionality within a fashion context.
All of the models were cast from Instagram, when Bea put out a call for people who had never modelled before.
The models are of different ages, ethnicities, class-systems, gender-expressions and religions and are often majorly under-represented in mainstream fashion, media and beauty, and Kate and Bea are here to challenge that!
